Civil Defence Mock Drill – 7 May 2025

A Civil Defence mock drill was successfully conducted on 7 May 2025 in the school auditorium, with enthusiastic participation from students of Classes 6 to 12. The event was organized to enhance students’ awareness and preparedness for various emergency situations.

The session began with an enlightening address by the Principal, who emphasized the importance of personal safety in diverse scenarios, including civil defence situations, natural disasters, fire emergencies, and routine school activities. Her words served as a powerful reminder of the importance of staying calm, alert, and well-informed in times of crisis.

The drill featured detailed demonstrations and hands-on training sessions led by our dedicated Associate NCC Officer. Students were guided through evacuation procedures, emergency contact protocols, and essential safety practices. Their active engagement throughout the session reflected a strong commitment to understanding and applying vital life-saving skills.

Overall, the mock drill proved to be an enriching and educational experience, equipping students with the practical knowledge and confidence required to respond effectively in emergency situations.
