International Yoga Day

*11th International Yoga Day* was celebrated with great enthusiasm and zeal at MDVM. The event aimed to raise awareness about the numerous benefits of practicing yoga for physical and mental well-being.

The program began with a brief introduction to the importance of yoga by Principal, who highlighted the significance of practicing yoga every day. Teachers, students, and staff participated actively in the session. The yoga instructor guided students and teachers through a series of warm-up exercises, asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation techniques. Students from all classes performed with discipline and dedication, showcasing their enthusiasm and respect for this ancient Indian tradition.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks and a pledge by all to make yoga a part of their daily routine. The celebration not only educated students about the significance of yoga but also inspired them to lead healthier lives and healthier nation.
