Mohanlal Dayal Vinay Mandir organized a grand one-day awareness programme under the campaign “Drug-Free Society, Empowered India.” The Chief Guest for the occasion was Mr. Vikas Kumar, Inspector General (IG), Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF), Rajasthan Cadre. The programme was conducted under the able guidance and leadership of the school Principal.

The event commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp before Goddess Saraswati by the Chief Guest and distinguished guests, including Mr. Satveer Singh (Superintendent of Police), Mr. Suresh Kumar Khinchi (Additional Superintendent of Police), Ms. Charul Gupta (Deputy Superintendent of Police), Mr. Surendra Yadav (Station House Officer), Mrs. Kamlesh Yadav (Chief Block Education Officer), and the school Principal.

Students presented a powerful street play highlighting the devastating impact of drug abuse on families and society. The programme also featured an inspiring poetry recital by young students and a theme song, both of which deeply moved the audience.

In his address, Mr. Vikas Kumar, IG, ANTF, educated students about the harmful effects of substance abuse and emphasized that sincerity, discipline, and hard work are the true keys to success. He also administered a pledge to all guests, teachers, and students to work towards building a drug-free society.

The school Principal, Mrs. Niti Dhami, spoke about the vital role of education and strong values in creating a drug-free society. She warmly welcomed the dignitaries and expressed her gratitude by presenting them with mementoes on behalf of the school. The programme concluded on a patriotic note with the National Anthem
